About Us
With a name like Lily Garland, it almost feels like destiny. What began as a creative experiment has blossomed into the Inland Northwest’s favorite floral art team – serving couple and clients across Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, and beyond.
After years spent in marketing and sales management, Lily found her true calling in event florals – where creativity meets connection. She started Flowers by Lily Garland in 2018 on a foundation of artistry, hustle, and heart. Today, that spirit lives on through an incredible team of women who bring every even to life with care, collaboration, and a touch of magic.
Whether we’re designing a dream wedding, creating warm and welcoming florals for a corporate event, or honoring a loved one’s memory, we approach every project with the same intention: to make it meaningful, effortless, and beautifully you.

Pricing Overview
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages–or asking you to spend more than your need to. Instead, we guide you through a creative, flexible process designed to help you focus on what truly matters most to you.
You don’t need to have it all figured out–that’s exactly what we’re here for. For many of our couples, this is their first time ordering flowers for a large event, an we love helping you discover what feels most you. During your complimentary consultation, we’ll explore floral styles, flower types, and design ideas together until everything starts to click.
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help you start dreaming and gathering inspiration–things like color, floral must-haves, and favorite photos.
Think of your consultation as a creative starting point–an inspiring space to bring your wedding vision to life in a way that feels natural and authentic to your story. We know planning a wedding can feel like a lot, but our process is designed to make it simple, supported, and enjoyable from start to finish.

Timing
So, what’s the right timing for getting a floral quote for your wedding?
For many of our couples, it’s their first time ordering flowers for any type of event–so this is a very common question! Because floral orders can vary widely in size and scope, timelines do too.
For most weddings (like the popular options on the previous page), we recommend scheduling your virtual or phone consultation with Lily about 6-9 months before your wedding date. By that time, you’ll want to have your venue and date booked, since details like the size and shape of your arbor, guest tables, and overall setting with help guide your floral design.
It’s also helpful–though not required–to wait until you’ve chosen your bridesmaids’ dresses or color palette before meeting. We’ve seen more than a few couples adjust their colors once dresses arrive!
If you’re planning an elopement or smaller celebration, about 2 month’s notice is perfect. For larger weddings or premium design options, we recommend booking 9-12 months in advance to ensure availability and allow extra time for custom installations or specialty blooms.

01. Book a One-On-One Consultation

02. Complete Our Questionnaire
After booking, we'll send you a questionnaire to complete. It will guide you through the process of putting your ideas together for our meeting. Don't forget to include pictures! We always say that our couples do a better job describing what they want through pictures than through words.
03. Consultation
We'll come to the meeting with our ideas – a design document and the start of a quote. We'll use the time to get your feedback. and fine-tune the plan for your big day. You'll receive a second draft shortly after our meeting. Lastly, come prepared to lock in your wedding date! You'll also receive a special promotional offer if you choose to move forward within 24 hours of our consultation.
04. Deposit and Contract
To reserve your date, we request a $500 deposit and a signed contract. We book on a first-come, first-served basis. Keep. in mind that the promotional offer expires within 24 hours of our meeting, so to get the most for your money, come ready to reserve your date.
Our Process: After Booking!
01. 2-4 Weeks After Booking
As your wedding approaches, you'll receive a few thoughtful follow-ups from us as we help you prepare for your big day, including whether you'd like introductions to some of our favorite "friendors" (vendor friends). We'll also check if you have any celebrations close to your wedding date, like a rehearsal dinner or post-wedding brunch – where we can help repurpose your arrangements. We can even transport and refrigerate your florals overnight so you get the most out of your blooms and your budget.
02. About 2 Months Before Your Wedding Date
We'll schedule a touch-base call with you to double-confirm your order for the big day! You'll have a chance to make small tweaks, like adding one more bridesmaid or updating your table count. We'll also follow up for a few planning details about your wedding day, such as our arrival time and the other vendors who will be part ofyour celebration.
03. 1 Month Before The Wedding
The remaining balance is due and we'll go ahead and preorder your flowers.
04. The Big Day!
Sit back and relax – enjoy a seamless process where your wedding flowers come together beautifully, and you don't have to worry about a thing.
